However, lowland swamps also include birch swamp forests and black alder swamps. In the Volkhov basin, lowland marshes are found in the floodplains of rivers, along the shores of lakes, and simply in relief depressions, for example, the Bologna Swamp is a swamp around Lake Bologna, and the Serebersk swamp is in the floodplain of Lake Ilmen, 1.5 km northwest of the village of Yurievo.

- シーロム通りはスクンビット通りと同様に歓楽街とオフィス街を形成しています。昼のシーロム通りはビジネス街として多くのサラリーマンやOLが行き交い、日が落ちてくる頃には世界的に有名な「パッポン通り」や日本人専用のカラオケ街「タニヤ通り」などがネオンを灯し始め、歓楽街として賑わいます。サトーン通りは古くからオフィス街として栄え、今でも高層オフィスビルが建ち並ぶ東京「丸の内」を連想するエリアです。賃料相場はスクンビット（トンロー周辺）と大差ありませんがオフィスや商業施設が多く物件が少なめです。
- エリアF プラカノン/オンヌット地区
- 日本人居住区（アソーク～エカマイ）の東側、プラカノンやオンヌットに住まれる日本人の方も増えてきました。少し前まではローカルなイメージが強いエリアでしたが、駅前を中心に開発が進んでおり日本食店も増えてきています。こちらのエリアは日本人居住区やプルンチット/チットロム/ラチャダムリ/シーロム/サトーンに比べ賃料に割安感があります。バスルートに入っている日系幼稚園に限りがあるので事前に注意が必要です。
